Humility of Grace "Lord, I am not worthy to receive Your abundant graces, but only say the word and I shall be blessed." Can be said repeately during walk to communion.   Continue to repeat till all communicants have received the Holy Eucharist. Then say After Communion Prayers: Anima Christi & St Michael the Archangel. This is a simpler (easier to remember) version for the Lamb of God  "Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed". Either can be said during walk to communion.
